Just managed to finish the 30-episode Hong Kong TVB Drama serial that got me glued to the TV screen or the computer screen when the TV is not available. Anyway, the show is called Revolving Door of Venegeance (The Hotel Storm).
The show managed to remind me a little about War and Beauty, the one where all the concubines backstab each other like there is no tomorrow. Anyway, this show is less of backstabbing but the plot just twist here and there like a dough such that is not really exactly very believable. But then again, when you are too absorbed into it, everything is believable.
The show is set in a hotel and as always, with the usual emotional entanglements with shows, I could feel that I was part of the hotel staff witnessing all the evil plots unfold and the happy ending, of course.
Then again, if only I could have such emotional entanglements with the pile of notes staring blankly in front of me right now, I am very sure I can remember much better! But, who could ever imagine himself to be a virus? bacteria? with strange names that is so difficult to pronounce. I mean, normal English words pronunciation can be challenging enough already.
