The class celebrated Christmas in grand style today. It all started with merry pizza eating followed by loads of performances by our talented classmates.
Before all the performances, it was in the spirit of Christmas that one of our classmates actually managed to get in contact with the Make A Wish Foundation to encourage us to give and fulfil the childrens' wishes. I find it really meaningful and thoughtful to come up with this idea.
Now onto the performances,
First up was JR's alterned version of the Rudoplh Reindeer song. I really cannot remember the lyrics but it goes something like this;
"Rudolph, the red nose reindeer. Had a hyperaemic nose......"
Then it was spoofing Silent Night with yet another virus and Jingle Bells with our beloved bacteriologist as one of the characters in the song. It was terribly hilarious!
Then it was JX's entry for a particular mandarin song-writing contest. I must say that there are lots of crouching tigers, hidden dragons right here in my class. For the song was not only touching but melodious as well.
Up next was fellow Lamsters and pseudo-brudda's performance! It was absolutely superb! Their voices are so powerful such that they got the whole class so excited.
Lastly before the secret event, it was spectacular dancing by our very own professional dancers.
All in all, it was a cosy yet memorable Christmas celebration.
As for the little part, I actually watched Chicken Little today. Was told that it was rather disappointing but I sat in the theatre feeling amused throughout the show. I find it a very interesting show and definitely a very enjoyable show! The only disappointment was when the film got cut halfway due to technical difficulties.
