Journey of Faith.

How apt! Had my first outing with cms today and it was to the Asian Civilisations Museum at Empress Place. Very impressed with the way they refurbished the interior of the place. Anyway, the whole building looks very nice. Yup! We had a French guide who brought us round the latest exhibition installed which is called the Journey of Faith and is a collection of artefacts and paintings from Vatican city and a small amount from other parts of Asia and Singapore. I must say it was a real eye opener. Should pay a visit, if time permits.

Managed to view the rest of the galleries which include Buddhism, Islam as well as SouthEast Asian tribes and all of them are very interesting. The lighting was very dim in all the galleries, perhaps, that is how museums are supposed to look like. Please do pardon my ignorance here.

Rounded the day with lunch at Suntec and I felt cheated with $7 on just some simple noodles and guotie. Nevermind, I shall just assume that I had a hearty lunch.

Nevertheless, still very much a Good day!
