Hitch?

Heard quite a bit of praises about Hitch being a very funny, entertaining flick. Having experienced the movie for myself, I seriously decide to give it a negative vote. All the funny scenes were from the trailers. No additional ones were shown. The story is quite plain and I . The goonearly went to sleepd thing is, I saw a Mini Cooper and that is about it. Oh! Hitch might as well mean getting a ride since most of the time the characters are fetching taxis. Everywhere they go.

Fortunately I have got my Korean drama - Jewel in the Palace (Da Chang Jin/Dae Jang Geum) set in Ancient Korea to compensate for the entertainment lost. I totally enjoyed the smashing Jewel in the Palace. Briefly, it is a true account of how a lady became the first female Royal Physician of Korea and she was actually a Palace cook to begin with. Interesting right? It is about 70 episodes though and I am at episode 39....haha....

I am so inspired by the show that I got a book on Korean cooking from the library not the med one. Going to try cooking my first Korean dish (Bi Bim Bap) this Sunday.

So exciting!
