Backalley and the Stairway

Stuffed like a doll now. Not by food but by tonnes of clothings. The temperature here dipped to a sudden low of 6 degrees today. Though it is not as cold as places with snow, um...like Korea, it is still, very cold. Had my first taste of steamboat at a back alley yesterday. Those that you see in Hong Kong drama where people eat under a piece of canvas. So you see it was an experience for we braved the cold weather just to have something warm taken in to keep our minds sane. Oh well, December is supposedly time for cold weather. So I guess, it is just right!

As for the stairway. Yes, I know I am holidaying and should not be glued to the TV. But, I cannot help it but be glued to Stairway to Heaven, a Korean production starring Kwon Sang-woo, Choi Ji Woo and some other characters which are either evil or mad with love. Oh well, the story line goes like the normal Korean drama line. All lovey dovey, all tears and sudden happiness and sadness again. Something like Cinderella. Oh well, now that they are finally togther again after many tries, and countless I-don't-want-you-want-I-want- you-don't- want that kind of scenario. The story is not ending! Now the girl has some life threatening tumour in her eyes. And, Sang-woo is not giving up. So am I! I am watching till the very end! Not to forget I love every part of it!

Sudden happenings this week really saddens people especially during this Christmas period.

Life! How fragile.

Well, little I can do but at least I can pray for those hard hit by the quake and aftermath at this point of time.

May the new year be Happy.
