Treasure Cove.

For years I have heard people rattling about this mystic place known as Ghim Moh. Seems like everyone longs to have a visit there to satisfy their gargantuan appetite. But no! There seems to be something more! One of Anat mate went there with her friends today and she expressed much non-verbal joy to have a meal there.

Sometimes, I really wonder what is beyond that Tunnel linking Buona Vista MRT to the famed Ghim Moh.

I really wonder what kind of food there is?

What kind of people eats there?

What is nice there? Maybe is the atmosphere? Or perhaps is the shared heritage by the people who were once donned in whites or white/green combinations with a silvery crest.

And most importantly, what is this non-verbal joy expressed in most people in the Faculty when they mention about going to Ghim Moh for lunch after school? Maybe, if I mention Parkway/Siglap to my fellow school mates of the east once again, they will express the same kind of innate joy.

It is amazing isn't it? A eatery that serves so much happiness to people with a common heritage.

It must be a food paradise with a heart and a history.

Loads of memories and surprises were there, are there and will be there.

Treasure cove indeed. Will see for myself someday!
