I live in a sleep vicious cycle. Where every minute of my life, I risk the temptation of the slumberland. I better learn to break away for it or suffer from pre-mature aging.
A normal day of sleep cycle goes like this for me;
0000: Sleep
0200: Counting sheep
0615: Rise and Shine (not very shiny. very tired. refused to wake up.)
1000: Doze Off in lectures
1500: Afternoon nap (always try to fight it but cannot for I will doze off anyway)
2000: Wake up. (Shocked that I slept so long. have dinner, dose of TV and start working.)
0000: Sleep (lessons tomorrow! better sleep earlier.)
0200: Still counting sheeps you idiot?!
Then the whole cycle repeats itself everyday! So if you are very good in Maths, the amount of hours that I am awake is less than the amount of what normal people sleeps in.
I have to break away from this vicious cycle or I will turn into a full blown vampire.
Oh yah! Not to mention I dislike counting sheeps for I don't like maths!
So, I have to learn to be more awake for extended hours by sleeping early!
