Don't ask me what that is. All I know it is a score that the NUSSO (NUS Symphony Orchestra) is going to play for the Aberdeen Youth Music Festival next year and we are rehearsing it. Guess it is better known as Tschaikowski 5th who was a Russian and wrote this dramatic piece of music labelled 5th. Yes, there are a few words to highlight here.
1) Aberdeen! Aberdeen is supposedly this port city in Scotland! Yes, the NUSSO is participating in it and I really hope that I can be part of it! It will be next year, 2005! How exciting! I mean, it will be my first musical trip. I never had any before and often yearned for such an occasion and so please, nothing will spoil it!
2) Rehearsing Yesterday was my first rehearsal. My debut! Have not touched the double bass for like 2 solid years due to green committments. Felt very rusty but overall it was fine, played extremely softly such that no one can listen. Anyway, I play the double bass, most people can't listen to it anyway! haha
