Had our last tutorial with our Anat Mother today and there was this tinge of sadness in the formalin infested room. Today's tutorial, yes the last of the limbs was such a disaster! My idea of describing the course and extent of a particular vessel will just be for example, the femoral artery enters the thigh and descends vertically. Yes, full stop already. hmm...but seems that what they want will be the branches, the exact markings as well as the different relations that the poor artery undergoes just to supply blood to our thighs. Alright, in that aspect, I am totally blank. Was questioned how I am going to handle patients 5 years down the road when they want to find out more about the artery? My answer was Um. Many estupido questions were asked along the way, please don't rake it up! I am starting to suspect if I fall under the category of struggling or failing student. Will find out after the test this Friday! hehe....
Played table tennis today. Okay, that is not the main thing! We played dodgeball as well! It was a dumb game with 5 rules which I cannot remember. Nevertheless, it was still fun playing dumb games. Cos this is where all the laughter come from! Right?
Had my Orchestra practice today and found out a devastating fact. That whatever I have been playing (technics, fingerings, postures) on my double bass for the past half a decade is WRONG! Completely wrong! Well, guess I will have to learn from scratch since this is a very professional organisation! Nevertheless, I hae got a Russian tutor who uses French Bow to teach me who uses the German Bow. Will see how the different nationalities merge to make merry music! I better buck up if I want to go Aberdeen!
Well, since it is the last limbs tutorial. Took a picture with my wonderful class! Really enjoy classes especially when you have classmates that can tell you everything without looking at notes or books. Well, that is beside the point but we ae really a happy lot!
