Have decided to delete all those depressing blog entries and start anew. Those blog entries, I felt were just not me and written at a spur of the moment. hehe.....I guess the darkest hours is more or less over and perhaps, my mood goes with the weather as well.....you know the rainy weather we had for the whole week.....nevermind that, it is over.
Was browsing through my secondary school's website and realised that throughout its 46 years history, it has been under-going construction throughout! I wonder when it will finally come to an end. When I went back recently, managed to see the new Primary school wing and a new chapel. What is next? hmm.....it is supposed to be the Phase 5 of the school building programme.....is there a phase 6, 7 or 8?
Um...I sort of figured out that to be clinically depressed, you need to have more symptoms then whatever I had during the low mood period. I will just be diagnosed as perhaps....Adjustment reaction to change of weather with low moods. And not suffering from Depression, clinically. hmm.....so I will not need any anti-depressants but perhaps some form of physical exercises to increase the natural anti-depressants in my brain will do.
hmm.....before I forget, my photos from J are still in your bag, classmate fren. I hope you did not wash them away.
