Hai!~ Really think that some doctors need to go for an intensive humanisation programme. I understand that the work they deal with is noble and what not but I mean, I could not sense the heart and sincerity lor. Maybe, it is a very fake world altogether.
Here are just two simple real-life examples;
Example 1:
Dr A: "Move closer, I don't have time!"
Patient: "Okay."
Dr A: "Any more problems? No more right? Then go to counter."
Patient: "I..."
By then, Dr A have already pressed for the next patient.
Example 2:
Dr B: "I want this in 5 minutes time, cos I am leaving soon." (the time, 1605hrs)
Assistant: "But, I am the only one around, maybe......"
Dr B: "I need it in 5 mintues!"
Dr B then slammed down the phone.....
Well, I am not aiming for a perfect world where everyone seems to be more polite and so on. But at least, some sincerity is appreciated. I am sure they must have their little mood swings or unhappy situations, but I guess it is important to be professional before patients. I mean, yah.....hahaha
If not, I guess is time to remove the stethoscope hanging on that cold shoulders.
