Nothing much happened. Just that I went to work today and had a little , perhaps miniature episode with P. Will learn how to be more PRECISE in my language soon. Or maybe, is just P!
Started when P asked me to do something. Did it and gave P a reply like this,
".........might be........."
I guess, the term might be suggest that it means there is a possibility and is not confirmed yet! Perhaps, due to my poor understanding of the English language or other factors, I guess I have not brought across effectively to P that it was still under consideration and not confirmed!
P went on to send an email to all others.
".....said that.......CAN......."
Since when does might be = can?
Fortunately, I received the mail as well. Replied and forwarded it back to the others saying that there might be a misunderstanding and saying that everything is not confirmed till all parties agree. Also, begged and thanked for the kind understanding of this genuine misunderstanding!
P read it, had a casual conversation with us and asked me, concerned and slightly worried, "Are you coming to work tomorrow?"
Yes, it sounds spooky....
