Bom Dia!~ ^o^

Alright, today's entry will concentrate on the whole entire trip I just had! It was fantastically superb!!

Feel that Macau has really changed for the better as well. Remember before the handover, the civil servants at a particular department was rude and not only that, lighted a cigarette in front of us while processing some documents. After the handover, the service was so much better, there is even a counter for questions and everything has become electronic too. The staff were very much more patient and courteous, the sign boards were electronic and read out numbers in both Cantonese and Portuguese. No matter how busy the staff was, there will still answer the questions you may have. Really feel the great difference and is a job well done. Such improvement in service is not only witnessed in the civil service but everywhere in Macau. Alright, I have written about Hong Kong's service standard as well...both are equally superb.

Apart from the services, the food was great too. Mentioned about wantons and now I will mention about authentic Macau cuisine as well as Portuguese ones. Had a seafood (octupus, salmon, prawns, oysters and blah blah) spaghetti baked with cheese...it was very very nice and at a very affordable price. Though it was not in some very classy Portuguese restuarant, it was still great! I also had my first taste of earthworm in China, eh.....at first I thought it was some mushroom slices, but on closer observation, you could actually see it is an earthworm...eh...it taste normal...very tender, quite sweet....hahaha.......Then talking about Macau cuisine, I had a bowl of noodles with slices of Char siew, Chicken, as well as deep fried big intestines....surprisingly, it taste extremely good and much cheaper than Portuguese food...

Talking about Char Siew and Roasted Duck....you can really see the difference between between those you eat here and there......hmm.........yummY!!

Alright, guess that is about all I got to update regarding my trip.......alright, i better get prepared to go to workplace tomorrow......hopefully, there is nothing lying in my drawer waiting for me to do! hehehe.......

I really miss Macau and Hongkong.........how i wish.........time stopped at that moment. (The moment is a new song by Stephanie Sun, think it is quite nice. Is about freedom.....I heard it when I was about to leave! Urgh!)
