Had an OG outing at the Crystal Jade Macau Cafe Restaurant at Bugis Junction. If you realised, I have been a keen promoter of this restaurant not only because the food taste good but also because of its links to Macau. I have mentioned a lot in my previous post so I shall omit all the little details here.
Quite a healthy turnout of 9 people and we had the following;
African Spiced Chicken (Half) 4 Pork Chop Buns Seafood Baked Rice Portuguese Chicken Baked Rice Pork Chop Baked Rice Portuguese Sauce baked Vegetables Grilled Beef Rib Eye Mussels with Bacon and Cheese
Everyone said the food was good and the sauces rather interesting. The baked rice do not use as much cheese as those sold elsewhere, hence making them lighter than the rest. One pork chop bun is cut into half so it can be shared among 2 people.
