This is really going to be very assorted. As in like rojak, so please don't read on if you are not interested. Nothing interesting I guess, just daily complains. Okay, maybe just complains for today. Maybe not exactly complains, just assortment of thoughts.
Did the annual handover stock check for the symphony orchestra today. It was quite efficiently done and everything went on well except for the tonnes of missing items that are left unchecked. Other than that, everything went on fine just for the occasional sneezing due to the dust and the stuffiness of the rooms. Oh well...is a stock check.
Since I had extra time, visited the most hallowed grounds of the medical library. The atmosphere was absolutely cold. Everyone was busy doing their own stuff. Stuff like studying, studying and perhaps more studying. Saw familiar faces there but the warmth was not even there, I meant the familiar face was never known to be friendly to me but still! I shall attribute it to stress.
Anyway, the library was not as cold as I thought it might be. There were warm moments like seniors helping you with doubts as well as regular sloggers gathering for dinner. I guess, this is how fellowships bloom. Though with sprinkle of warm moments here and there, the library is still not the place for me.
Come to think about it, I guess I might just be happier in HK too since everyone will know what I am talking about when I mention Da Chang Jin/Dae Jang Geum/Dai Cheung Gum. And of course, understand the songs I listen to as well as go sing-K after school or go Mongkok or go to the Peak or even take tonnes of pictures in class. hmm.....
There is this supposedly very professional examinations coming my way in 2 weeks and everyone is busy preparing for it. As I join the ranks of the many, I suddenly remembered my classmate, yes! same age, who became a housewife with a kid, one who went for a round-the-world-cycling tour (same age again) as well as dozens of others embarking on their graduation holidays.
