Had my second BBQ of the month. Guess my body is heavily under going all sorts of detoxification such that I will have to be a permanent resident in the sanitary facilities very soon. Today's BBQ was extremely unique in that sense that all things are so very different from the usual BBQ that you go to.
How say?
1) Have you catered food for BBQ before? No? Yes! Today's BBQ food was totally catered. No marination, no defrostation, nothing required. You just cook and eat! Is that simple!
2) BBQ-ing at Orchard Road is a must try. Right at the city centre, you BBQ! Indulge totally in the catered potato salad as well as Honeydew sago! It was close to paradise!
3) The stove! You don't need rooster brand starters! And guess what was used? Gas! Gas! I have never used PUB gas for BBQ before!
4) Dessert! Which compliment all the meat that was chucked into the stomach totally! Wide selection too!
5) BBQ which is not of the birthday sort. But a gathering! The company was extremely great though I do not know a few of them, but still got to mingle around under the auspice of the clouds and the clear water pool. Glad that I managed to be apost-orientation-pseudo-lunchtime-member of this OG! haha
All that was needed was a professional Chef then it would be perfect!
