As I placed my ischial tuberosities to rest on a comfortable couch armed with a pepsi, I was all ready for a good movie that was supposed to have occurred. Yes! I have forgotten a good part of it for I watched Forgotten.
Anyway, as I was sipping Pepsi and glued my eyes on the big screen I felt something really strange. I feel that I was forgetting everything, all the reductases, rectus and outputs and what not! It was kind of shocking not of the septic or hypovolumeric kind but the real kind of shock! That kind of shock! Yes! So I started flipping my notes to find that all were just blank papers!!! *grasp* Just to realize that they were merely blank papers I had in my bag! Phew!~
So for the uninformed, that was roughly the story-line for Forgotten. Instead of notes and facts the woman is faced with the unfortunate event of forgetting her child who was supposedly to be abducted by some humanly unhuman for some weirdo experiments to test the mother-son relationship that cannot be measured by any equations.
I bet they were having PBL in the spaceship! How? From the conversation;
Mother: "Why did you take away my child?"
Humanly Unhuman (HU): "I posed a question and then we experiment and discuss to see if it is right!"
Mother: "Why my son? He is just a child!"
A possible reply from HU might be:
"Cos some Respiratory Prof and Computer man told us to post our answers in the forum and if I don't I will face horrible consequences!"
Then HU screamed and made noises with glass shattering effects. It was scary! Must be under lots of pressure! Poor thing!
As you watch further, you will realize that the horrible consequence is to be sucked into the sky by some unknown forces. Many people were sucked in including Ann Poh and other characters alike. I could feel it too. I thought I was being sucked into the sky while watching it! Must be my conscience being guilty for not contributing much to the Knowledge Forum! Urgh!! I should have posted more!
Was warned by a very nice friend, N, last night not to catch it for it was not of expectation. But we (MERC-VB) reached there at 1.10pm and that show was starting at 1.15 and I felt the climax was there. So might as well dive into the idea since everyone wants the time for you know what after the show.
The show gave me an idea! We better mug like the facts are our children, in that way, all shall not be forgotten for there is the father/mother-children relationship, no matter how hard the humanly unhumans try!
Um...as for the ending, I have Forgotten all about it! haha
