Alright! I am going to start a long chain of complains here. If you are not interested, you may skip this entry altogether!~ haha.....
An Anonymous Institution that I am currently present has caused much dis-satisfaction in me as well as my peers. The worst thing is that everything happened on the same day. Though, I would agree that there are some good points like the free internal shuttle bus only. I guess, there is nothing else positive to mention about.
1) Printing of Notes.
Alright, I know being a tertiary student used to the "spoon-feed" system, I am prone to receive notes already printed for me. I mean, it is fine for us to have independent directed learning but why is it that we are told to go to websites to download a particular notes? Then, why is that we have to pay sky-rocket fees which is at present un-justifiable?
2) Photocopy Machines
I understand the aspirations for the country to become effectively wireless and blah blah. Such that the photocopy services can only be paid by cashcards? Giving people without cashcards having to buy an extra card just to photocopy things. Okay, cashcard aside, photocopy machines are in such conditions whereby jamming of paper is like a frequent event. Given the sky-rocket fees again, why are there not any better machines?
3) Transport
Everyday buses are packed like sardines for everyone rushes for 0800 hours. Do not understand why there is only one bus service serving from the train station to the institution. I mean, they can get shuttle bus as well right? Where did our sky rocket school fees go to again?
4) Canteen
Seats. The essentials of having a good meal. Perhaps, the particular institution enjoy having the whole world squeeze together having lunch resulting in many without seats having miserable lunches and going to lessons after that. Alright, maybe it is good training for the real world but, how does this justify the sky rocket fees again?
5) Particular Arrangement
We are supposed to do practicals. Just realised that they do not have enough materials/resources such that we are all divided into 3 slots, 11-1, 1-3, 3-5 for the respective practical lessons. Isn't this a disadvantage to all those slated for late practicals? I mean, they (including myself at 3-5), will have to wander around school and squeeze in the rush hour just to get home. How does that explain the sky rocket school fees again? Given that lessons end at 12, I do not know why is it that a particular compulsory event was informed at a very late notice and that it is at 5.30pm. Hours away from the time the lessons end. Maybe, they can consider lunch hour for the event right?
6) Merging
Realised sadly that cliques are already formed. It is hard to merge the whole faculty together. Alright, this is uncontrolled but I still have to say this. hmm......quite sad about this because feeling kind of left out. haha...
7) Taxi and Great Flute
Codes given to 2 people that I am trying my very best to endure. Enough said.
Okay! I guess I have said enough, why am I so full of grievances! urgh!~
